What the service offers
Rural Pop-up Events APS presents initiatives and places, collects ideas and offers of help, and provides voices explicitly identified as artificial. I Custodi prepare and extend human encounters; they do not automatically represent a municipality or property owner.
The service is free of charge. The costs of artificial intelligence, administration and the association’s activities are covered by members and supporters; an invitation to support may appear in conversations, with no obligation whatsoever.
The chat is not professional advice, a promise to reopen a place or an allocation of property. Conditions, permissions and availability must be confirmed with the responsible people.
Who is involved
These roles concern I Custodi. APS means a social promotion association; SRL means a limited liability company. They are distinct organisations.

An association project with company technical support
I Custodi is a Rural Pop-up Events APS project. Welance Ventures Italia SRL supports hosting and LLM costs; the promoter provides digital development and consultancy free of charge. Hosting and LLM accounts belong to the company; the main Google Drive archive uses an association account.
This support creates no purchasing obligation, commercial listing requirement, exclusivity or company preference. Activating a custode requires no listing on rural-pop-up.com or Cercasi Gestore. Current support is not a promise of unlimited or permanent funding.
Company backroom access through the promoter is distinct from commercial use, which is not permitted for association data. The association–company arrangement must govern assignments, access, costs, licences and continuity. Publishing these terms does not replace that agreement.
What you share
Submit relevant content that you are entitled to share. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or confidential material, credentials, unnecessary personal information or content infringing others’ rights. A public URL does not automatically make its text or images free to reuse.
Sharing a memory, an idea, a correction or an offer to help in the chat asks the association to retain and review it: the chat shows what was set aside and you can withdraw it within 24 hours. You retain your rights. Publication permission is optional, separate and limited to the content indicated: it allows display on project websites and in Custodi galleries, with necessary technical adaptations. It does not transfer ownership or authorise further commercial uses.
For content showing identifiable people, you must be able to document the necessary rights. Names, attribution, image releases and children’s consent require specific review. Ticking a box alone cannot authorise other people’s personal data.
Review and moderation
Publication is neither automatic nor guaranteed. Human custodians may ask for clarification, correct, anonymise, reject or withdraw content. Facts, memories, hypotheses and unknown information remain distinct.
To report content, provide the place, URL or card identifier and your reason. The association reviews the report and any necessary measures.
Donations, payments and membership
The Support page distinguishes donations, recurring support and membership fees. Amount and frequency are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments; do not send card details through chat or email.
Monthly support can be stopped through the management route available for your payment or by contacting the association. For errors, duplicate payments or refund requests, contact the association with the payment reference, without full card details.
A membership fee is not a donation. Admission, rights and duties depend on the association’s statute and decisions of its competent bodies: payment alone does not replace the required steps. We do not promise unverified tax benefits.
These terms do not exclude mandatory rights. Any sales or bookings for specific events need their own information about price, performance, cancellation and applicable rights before ordering.
Availability and responsibility
The service can be updated or interrupted for maintenance, security or the end of a project. Keep your own copy of important materials. Local memory depends on your device and browser settings.
The association is responsible within the scope of applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. External websites are operated by their respective providers.
Applicable law and updates
Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory protections and jurisdiction available to users under applicable law. No exclusive court is imposed in a way that limits those protections.
This page states its version and date. Changes do not turn earlier private contributions into public content or replace fresh consent where required.
